1. You’re British so we have to ask. What the hell is up with fish and chips and vinegar? You a fan?
Malt vinegar is the stuff of heaven!!!! If you haven't tried it your severely missing out and you if you dont like it you have bad taste lol
2. What’s the first The Streets song you heard that made you say, this dude can rap?!
The streets are a UK garage staple. I’m not sure the first exact song I heard but from a young age my mum would play them everyday. It became my soundtrack to growing up in England, along with any Winehouse. Whenever I play them it takes me back to me and my mum dancing around in the kitchen. They stayed my favourite band, and still get played as my pre party songs now!
3. How exactly does one get into competitive freestyle disco and what was the best part of it for you?
I think it's largely an English / Irish dance, it’s also big in Europe. It’s more gymnastics mixed with dance. Think awful euro trash music and very eccentric outfits mixed with fake tan and hairspray. I loved dancing, especially freestyle. I started from a very young age and it’s really hard work. I was training 6 days a week after school then competing on the 7th day. It taught me so much drive and discipline from a young age, not to mention instilling the fact that you have to work hard to get what you want out of life.
4. What’s one thing nobody knows about you?
I LOVE doing the laundry! I have like a whole routine that I’ve fine nightly perfected. It’s one of my favourite pastime activities and u find it super relaxing. (I know I sound mental/ so boring) but I honestly could spend HOURS doing it.
5. As a cat owner, we’ve noticed you have not one, but TWO of the most unhinged types: Orange Tabby. What’s the wildest thing they have done?
SO! Waffle is my only (cat) son, he's a full orange tabby. He was found in Korea town extremely neglected and traumatised, but he’s slowly learning to express all his crazy orange behaviours. Currently he’s trying to open a cabinet above my toilet but more often than not falls in :)
Hummus is my other almost orange baby, she’s a sandy colour. She definitely has only one brain cell. Usually I find her staring into nothing, mouth open.
6. We peeped the Kimchi Pickles and the Baba Gannouj hiding in your fridge… Is there a secret, world-class fusion snack you’ve invented that the rest of us aren't ready for yet?
Ok ahahahah! I am the snack queen! I love making a picky bits pate, just a mishmash of whatever you have in the fridge. I am a pickle CONNOISSEUR (no euphemism intended). I would say I love diet cherry Dr Pepper with strawberry milk and a side of salt and vinegar chips in the afternoon as a pick me up. I am BIG into soda, one of my special interests is soda news. I’m on top of new releases like its current events.
7. Rolling Greens Nursery made it into your photodumps twice. If you could actually take one of those giant ceramic frogs home, where in your apartment would he live?
I am trying to turn my balconies into Catios! This involves a lot of trips to garden shops. I am absolutely in love with the ceramic frogs, I want one so much. I would call him Alan and he would perch proudly on my balcony- probably ending up as a hummus long term boyfriend.
8. What was your highlight while attending this years’ AVN? (And was it holding a French Bulldog puppy?)
Ok, he was definitely up there, especially in the baby carrier. Although I hope it wasn’t too loud or overwhelming for him! Apart from that I would say sighing and getting to meet all of the incredible fans that I have developed a friendship with is always so fucking fun, it’s like catching up with long time buddies who also wank to you!! I also had the honour of passing the torch to the best new starlet, handing that on was a bitter sweet moment but it’s still a reminder of how far I’ve gotten in a short time, I’ve really made my slutty dreams come true. Next I’m setting my eyes on performer of the year one day… fingers crossed.
9. You were caught red-handed watching Showgirls, a certified camp masterpiece. Are there other movies starring Gina Gershon that you enjoy?
Showgirls is the best film to grace humanity. It’s so unbelievably campy and awful, it’s an artistic masterpiece. It’s also one of the first films I had a bisexual awakening to. Gina’s performance in showgirls is top tier, I don’t think any of her other movies top it, HOWEVER I do love bound. Not to mention her fab Broadway stint in cabaret.
10. If you could have any superpower for just 24 hours, but it had to be something 'useless' like being able to instantly organize any fridge or talk to cats, what would you choose and why?
Oh. Talk to cats. There’s no other correct answer if that’s on the table.
