The directors need to set up everything from cameras to lighting to outfits, for obvious reasons. The girl has to be there to get all glammed up, and the makeup artist needs to do the glamming. And if you're the male talent... you have the most leeway. It's not uncommon for male talent to arrive to set and hour or two before the actual filming starts, but that's just because they have way less prep involved than everyone else. Setting The Scene (BTS and prep/sign in and out)
Once everyone's there, it's time to set the scene. This can mean a variety of things- it can be fun content time, like recording TikToks or fun getting to know you segments, it can be picking out the sexy lingerie for the scene, or the co-stars chatting, getting to know each other (lighthearted) and discussing their sexual preferences (serious). This is also when prep happens, which we won't go super into, but think of... any biological preparation or bathroom breaks that need to happen before you get railed by porn cock. At the end of setting the scene, something very important happens: paperwork! This is the nitty gritty of set, but check-ins are done and contracts are signed to make sure everything is all squared away. You know, for legal reasons.
